Lease option info: 

If you are interested in owning instead of renting we offer options for many of the properties listed. These often require a down payment but a reduced amount in monthly payments. We work with bankers and will do our best to help you line up finacing for a future purchase. With a lease option a percenatage of your payments go toward the principal of the purchase price.
